To check in, only the booking’s holder must come to our office, providing the identity documents of all the occupants of the accommodation.

In our offices, keep the safety distance of 2 m with our staff and with other people.

Our receptions are equipped with separation screens, therefore, respect the queue to be attended at the check-in points. You will also find disinfectant gel for your use.

The keys will be disinfected before delivery.

Following the measures set by the Ministry of Health, our toilets cannot be used by people outside the company, except in cases of urgency.

Our accommodations have been cleaned and disinfected following ICTE’s (Institute of Tourism Quality) protocols to reduce COVID-19 risks. (LINK)

Following this protocol, we have eliminated from the accommodation all the superfluous textile and decoration elements.

We recommend that during your stay you ventilate all the rooms daily.

It is strictly mandatory to follow the rules of the community regarding the use of common areas (elevators, swimming pools, gardens, etc.).

We remind you of some of these rules: prioritize the use of stairs, if it is necessary to use the elevator share it only with your family, check that swimming pools and gardens can be used, respect distances in swimming pools and gardens.

In case of requiring our cleaning or maintenance services during your stay, except for justified exceptions, our staff will enter only when it is empty.
